• High Phenolic: EFKRATO contains a significant phenolic content, approximately four times the limit required by EU Regulation 432/2012 for a health claim. These compounds, among many other health benefits, offer antioxidant, anti-inflammatory, and neuroprotective properties.
• Health Claim: Due to its exceptional phenolic content, EFKRATO carries the official EU claim: "Olive oil polyphenols contribute to the protection of blood lipids from oxidative stress." (EU 432/2012).
