The Origin Astros EVOO is made from a blend of up to three (3) olive varieties (Megaritiki, Manaki, and Koroneiki). The "Origin Tolofon" EVOO is made from a blend of two olive varieties (Patrini, Koroneiki). The first organic EVOO is produced in Arcadia, Peloponnese (Origin Astros), while the second is produced in the Fokida region (Origin Tolofon) in Central Greece. After production (usually at the end of October each year), the olive oils are stored safely and protected from oxidation under ideal storage conditions (temperature, humidity) in stainless steel tanks at our production facility, which also complies with the high quality standards for the storage and packaging of organic products.
