Prestige Organic Ultra Premium is an award-winning, single varietal extra virgin olive oil with a high polyphenol content and certified health claim (EU health claim 432/2012), has a unique golden-green color and offers a lasting balanced bittersweet taste. Its fruity aroma and low acidity (only 0.4%) make it ideal for the most demanding palates. On the nose, we recognize "green" aromas of freshly cut grass, olive leaves and bananas. The harvest of our olives begins in mid-October, with absolute respect for nature and tradition. The famous Koroneiki variety, known for its rich flavors and high content of monounsaturated fats and polyphenols, requires special care to preserve its quality.

"Hand harvesting for intact fruit"
Collect the unripe (green) olives only by hand. In this way, we avoid injuring the fruit and ensure its integrity. Hand picking is a tradition that we want to maintain, because we know that every detail counts. The olives are placed in special boxes so that the fruit can breathe and not be crushed. This careful treatment ensures that each olive retains its excellent quality until the time of processing.
