Our native extra virgin olive oil is exclusively obtained from the pressing of Coratina olives and produced in our company's olive groves in the Trani countryside.

Our 100% Coratina oil is intense and vibrant: it interprets the best dishes of peasant tradition in a contemporary way. Excellent raw on vegetables and bruschetta, excellent as an accompaniment to soups and to give first courses a refined touch with a strong and enveloping flavour.

Its color is green of medium intensity, has a fluid and clean appearance, and shows strong notes of grass and leaves. On the palate, it reveals elegant notes of green almonds, which transform into bitter notes of chicory and artichoke, aromatic and persistent, with an irresistible spicy note of pepper and chili.
