Our 100% Peranzana oil with a sweet and elegant taste, extremely versatile. Excellent raw with vegetables and salads, but also with meat and fish. Its persistent and aromatic taste gives it an unmistakable aroma.

Green color of medium intensity, with a fluid, full-bodied and clean appearance. It has strong leaf and berry notes and unusual tomato notes. When tasted, notes of bitter vegetables and artichoke emerge with a spicy hint of black pepper.
